Hey Sven - You should swing by Sweden btw :D Question - when trying out the kick smash I tend to feel I'm putting a lot of stress on my elbow joint. Any tips on improving elbow joint strength and endurance, but also, could I be my technique since I feel too much stress in it? Also, what about the wrist, should I use my wrist at then end of the motion to generate extra power or should my hand and wrist just be relaxed all way through the motion? This is another really effective tip. I had instant results with this today in a lesson. I was practicing serves and of the first 30 balls I hit, less than half were valid serves. Then I remembered to get my head a little further forward and put more weight on the front foot. I hit 40 more serves and they were all good! At the end of the basket the coach said: 'You won't play anyone at your level who serves better than that.' Wow. Thanks, Sven!

Can you make a video on the positioning principals on the court. I think lots of beginners/low intermediats have a hard time to reposition themself correctly according to where the ball and opponent is on the other side. At the same time it should be something simpler to learn then realiable technique of shots. Sometimes I just watch the female games and pay attention to the players that are "inactive" of how they move around the court and constantly reposition themself. Maybe some top down camera view of a match would be cool for that.
